Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (Swedish Distance Contracts Act, SFS 2005:59, and EU Directive 2011/83/EU). This statutory right applies alongside our 30-day return policy — whichever benefits you more.

To exercise it, notify us within the 14-day period — the easiest way is the withdrawal form below. You then have 14 days from your notification to send the items back. You pay the return shipping; if you use our return slip, the return fee (69 SEK within Sweden, 8 EUR outside) is deducted from your refund.

We refund the full price of the returned items including standard delivery costs within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have shown proof of sending them. You may examine the items as you would in a store; a deduction can be made for any diminished value beyond that.
