Exchanges

We offer free size exchange. When we have processed your request we will send you a return slip which you can use to send back your package. Observe that free exchanges is only for exchange of size of the same product. Other exchanges or returns will be sent back with an extra fee for shipping.

The product must be in the same condition as you received it. The product should not have any smell, dirt, makeup stains or anything else that makes it not possible to sell. Otherwise we will not approve the exchange.
