Once you have received your order confirmation via e-mail from us, a purchase agreement is signed. The confirmation will usually be sent as soon as you complete your purchase. But it can take up to 24 hours depending on the circumstances. Should you not receive an order confirmation from us after 24 hours, please contact us.
You have the right to cancel the purchase before it has been sent away from our warehouse. Contact us as soon as possible after your order has been placed as we can not guarantee that we will have time to handle your case before the goods have been sent.
To shop with us at astaniwear.com, you must be 18 years of age or have parental approval.
We offer various payment options via Klarna. The options you can choose from are:
- Pay by card
- Direct payment
- Shop now. Pay later in 30 days with Klarna
- Shop now. Pay over time with Klarna.

We will need to share your information with the payment provider in order to offer you these payment options. The information is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Klarna’s privacy policy
All prices include 25% VAT on orders within Sweden. When buying to a country other than Sweden, there may also be fees and taxes levied in the recipient country. These must be paid by the customer. Astani Wear does not have information about such possible costs as it can vary from country to country.
We also reserve the right to update our prices at any time.
We use PostNord as a supplier for all our shipments within Sweden.
All orders over 700 SEK / 70 EUR have free shipping.
For orders that do not exceed 700 SEK / 70 EUR, there is an additional shipping cost of SEK 49 within Sweden which is added to the price and paid by the customer.
You may see the shipping cost for other countries at the checkout page when you add your address.
Orders placed before 13:00 on a weekday are sent the same day.
With reservation for periods of high sales as it may take an extra day before the order is sent.
If an item has been sold out after the order has been placed, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase at no cost. However, we are responsible for notifying the customer that the product is sold out and when the expected delivery is, the customer can make a decision accordingly.
The package is delivered to your nearest agent. You will then receive a notification via SMS with a code and where you can pick up your package. Do not forget to bring an ID document that matches what is on the package.
If the package is not picked up, it remains with the agent for 7 days. Then it is returned to us.
Then there is a fee of 200 SEK / 20 EUR for shipping and administrative work.
We have a 30-day return policy with full right of return, calculated from your order date.
We offer free size exchange. To make an exchange, send your request HERE. We will send you a QR Code which you can scan at your postal agent and they will print the return slip for you. Observe that free exchanges is only for exchange of size of the same product. Other exchanges or returns will be sent back with an extra fee for shipping.
We currently do not offer free returns. For returns within Sweden there is a return fee of 59 SEK for shipping and outside of Sweden a return fee of 8 EUR. We will deduct this fee from your refund.

Please note that you as a customer are responsible for ensuring that all products returned must be in it’s original condition, including labels and packaging, etc. Otherwise we will not approve the return.

If you have received a defective product or something that is wrong with the delivery, contact us and we will help you in the best way.
A reclaim is possible if there is a fault when you received the item and before using it. Products that have been used are not eligible for a reclaim unless it’s an apparent production issue.

In the event of an approved complaint, the return is completely free of charge. Should an item turn out to be damaged by
reasons other than production defects, the product will be sent back to the customer. Then there are double shipping costs that are charged to the customer.
We check our goods carefully before sending them to you to avoid situations like this.
In the event of unpredictable events, holidays and periods when sales are higher than normal, we reserve the right to extended delivery times. In such cases, we disclaim liability for any problems it may have created for the customer.
However, we promise to keep you informed of any delays or changes to your order. You also have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of delivery delays.
We also reserve the right to make any typos or other errors that are beyond our control.
Upon purchase, you agree that Astani Wear stores and uses your information to be able to handle and deliver your order. If you have also subscribed to our newsletter, we will contact you with news and offers.
The information we store will not be visible to other companies or individuals. We will also not sell or transfer your information.
You have the right to request the information we have stored and have it deleted. In such cases, contact our customer service and we will help you.
In circumstances beyond our control, we are released from our obligations under the agreement we have in our general terms and conditions.
Examples of such situations are; wars, government actions, natural disasters, power outages, telephony or internet, strikes or similar events. These are beyond our control and thus we can not be held responsible for any problems that may arise.
